Each box or “lot” will contain a mixed variety of small geodes. (Small geodes are considered to be 1/4 lb Up to 2 pounds Each) 
We strive to include a wide range of sizes and types of geodes in each box so that every geode is a unique surprise. Kentucky geodes are not like “Moroccan Geodes” that are all the same inside. Kentucky geodes offer an amazing diverse array of colors and formations within. No two geodes are ever exactly alike. 
The varieties or “types” of geodes in each box can include, but not limited to:

A variety of quartz colors can include (but not limited to): smokey/ carnelian/ red/ pink/ rose/ clear/ no impurities/ golden healer/ honey/ amber/ yellow/ citrine color/ pale lavender/ milky/ white, orange/ tangerine/ peach +more!
All geodes are unaltered and sold just as they were found in nature. Some geodes may have been rinsed with hose water to remove dirt and mud, but are otherwise collected and sorted by size and weight and are ready to be shipped to you! :-)
“The interior of hollow geodes is filled with mineral crystals, which grow inward from the rind into the hollow space inside the geode. Most often, geodes found in Kentucky are lined with quartz crystals. Less commonly, the calcite or dolomite crystals are found on the inside, either alone or associated with bitumen, barite, galena, fluorite, quartz, limonite, sphalerite, pyrite, selenite, or celestite.”
